Dear Sir!

I am writing to extol the virtues of your Gladiolus office. My dear husband has had long hearing problems and had decided in a Prussian-like fashion he was “over” fixing it. He had expensive Signia hearing aids. However, when I arrived at your clinic, we discovered that the Hearing Center in Portland, Maine had never checked the length of the small wire inserted in his ears.

I was coming to your office as an aging boomer wanting to get set up before I humiliated myself in front of my millennial children, unable to hear all of their bossy advice.

We were greeted by the infectious smile of a beautiful woman, who immediately solved the wire problem herself. This was followed by the sincerely attentive testing by Noah, who assured me I was right on time getting my brain to adapt with speed to my new hearing aids. His knowledge of all aspects and, to me, unknown specifics was terrific.

What a team of fantastic people they make. Warmth, attention to detail in every way. I bought them within 10 minutes and Noah then retested Peter and has worked tirelessly to perfect my generally outstanding husband, allowing him to finally hear even me! He just won’t quit until he has made sure the client is practically astounded at the change well-fitted hearing aids can make.

I mean they work as a team there. I am heartbroken to have to leave to go back to Maine, we have to elect a new governor and senator before Xmas, but will immediately return to our house in Sanibel and report to the Gladiolus office to worship them upon return.

Peter’s older set of hearing aids will be given to one of the many veterans without any help from the VA, a personal goal of mine.

In the meantime, I have put your clinic on our community website encouraging all of those in denial to rush in to get ahead of losing 1/2 of every conversation.

If you ever need a testimonial speaker for the pre-Shell Point crowd, I am your first pick.

I ask only that you provide your brilliant “receptionist” with business cards. She is not just the secret sauce as a greeter, her knowledge of your customers, think anxious men in khaki shorts, is priceless and she is really your ambassador to greater Fort Myers.

Dear Mr. Cramer:

I’m taking this opportunity, to thank you and your talented and most thoughtful staff for the excellent care provided to my wife and I during our most recent visit to “American Medical Hearing Center” located in Palm Coast Florida.

The attention/care we received was absolutely amazing and beyond anything I’ve ever seen or been involved with offered by a hear-aid company and or business such as yours. I can honestly say, our experience was like being helped by a family member thus showing empathy for our hearing loss and financial circumstances.

The discussions concerning the different types of hearing aids provided by “American Medical Hearing Center” was extremely helpful in making our decision to use your services. In addition, you explaining how your hearing-aid maintenance/support program was designed for the customer and not the company was also helpful. The politeness offered by receptionist Alyssa Chheng of your staff was exceptional and very much appreciated.

If there is a problem with scheduling, and we all know problems do occur from time to time when it comes to scheduling, “American Medical Hearing Centers” main office promptly calls the customer for rescheduling. This happened to me at which time, Tonya Plechowski of the main office called me advising that there was a computer problem and they would have to reschedule my appointment. She was very pleasant unlike others I’ve dealt with in nearby areas.

In the past, hearing-aid businesses we were associated with were aggressive and overbearing thus just wanting us to buy from them, in other words being pushy. This was not the case with doing business with you “American Medical Hearing Center” of Palm Coast, they really cared about our hearing loss and wanted to correct it.

In closing, being a “United Air Force” veteran I have an opportunity to meet and discuss items of interest with other veterans in the area, during my many conversations it became obvious, “American Medical Hearing Center” was a good choice for my wife and I because several vets displayed much satisfaction over their experience with “American Medical Hearing Center.” Once again, a special thanks to you and your staff for the excellent service/care given to my wife and I.
